Edea Water was recognised as “Spring Water" by the Italian Ministry of Health on 19 February, 2001. In the heart of the Modenese Apennines at circa 3300 feet above sea level,
Edea spring water flows out of the earth at a constant temperature of 7.5°C. Thanks to its moderate mineral content (fixed residue at 180°C 133 mg/L), it is a light and pleasant water ideal for daily consumption. Moreover, its moderate hardness (11.2°F) ensures it can be packaged in 18.9L containers.
